Mark Schneider, PMP, has extensive experience leading enterprise customer delivery and program management at Nokia since July 2000. Currently serving as the Enterprise Customer Delivery Manager for North America, Schneider is responsible for presales and deployment across various sectors, including telecommunications and advanced network solutions. Previous roles include Director of Microwave Program Management and Director of Program Management, overseeing teams that deliver complex projects for high-profile clients such as Verizon and various wireless services in North America. Earlier in his career, Schneider was Operations Manager at Fisher Controls International Inc., where Mark implemented Lean Manufacturing techniques to enhance production efficiency. Mark Schneider holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
