Mathew Simon

Mathew Simon is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. They began their career as an R&D Engineer at Panasonic, focusing on audio engineering and RF tuners. Over the years, Mathew has held key positions, including Head of Customer Solutions in Malaysia and Head of Solutions for Nokia Enterprise in the Asia Pacific Region, where they lead a team of sales engineers. Mathew also served as CTO at Alcatel-Lucent Singapore and has contributed significantly to network design and consulting throughout their career. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and completed an executive education program in Design Thinking and Innovation for Business at NUS Business School.
