Mauricio Subieta

Mauricio Subieta is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer - Energy and Energy Global Account Private LTE Solutions Engineer at Nokia since January 2016. Prior to this role, Mauricio worked at OGE Energy Corp as a Solutions Architect and Senior Smart Grid Engineer, focusing on IT projects related to cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, and IoT. A tenure at Nokia (formerly Alcatel-Lucent) included responsibilities as a Resident Engineer overseeing the MPLS network deployment. Experience as a Senior Systems Engineer at RFIP Inc. involved designing wireless networks for oil and gas applications. Earlier roles included managing high-performance computing resources at Oklahoma State University and conducting research on MPLS protocols. Mauricio holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Management, both from Oklahoma State University.
