Maxim Subichev

Maxim Subichev is a results-driven delivery executive with over 15 years of experience in leading large-scale telecom and network infrastructure programs across Africa, Eastern Europe, and CIS regions. Currently serving as Delivery Head at Nokia, Maxim was previously the Delivery Director for East Europe and held various roles at Alcatel-Lucent, including Program Director for Vimpelcom in Russia, CIS, and Ukraine. Earlier in their career, Maxim worked as a Project Manager at SYNTERRA CJSC and held engineering roles at the Central Project Institute for Communication No.17. Maxim earned a degree in Aircraft Radio Electronics and Radio Electronic Systems from the Moscow Aviation Institute.
