Michael Chang

Michael Chang is an accomplished executive currently serving as EVP, CX Strategy & Technology at Nokia and EVP, Strategy & Technology at Nokia Shanghai Bell. They have extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having held pivotal roles at companies such as Siemens, Lucent Technologies, and NSN, with a strong focus on standardization and technology innovation. Previously, Michael was the National Chair of the ICT Working Group at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, advocating for EU-China industry policy dialogue and member company interests. They have received notable recognition, including the Lucent President Award in China.
