Michael Kloecker

Michael Kloecker has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of Solution Management for Railways at Nokia since January 2007. In this role, Michael oversees Nokia's leading GSM-R solution and focuses on the standardization of the Future Railway Mobile Radio Communication System (FRMCS). Previously, Michael held positions as Sales Manager and Head of Strategy, driving strategic product decisions for GSM-R within the global sales team. Prior to joining Nokia, Michael worked at Siemens AG from September 1992 to January 2007 as a Product Manager in the areas of UMTS, GPRS, Mobile Core, and advanced technologies. Michael holds a Diplom (Master) degree in Computer Science from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, completed in 1992.
