Mignocchi Roberto is currently the Network Planning Head at Nokia Siemens Networks, a position held since 2007. They previously served as the Network Planning Manager at Nokia Networks from 1995 to 2007, and as Director of the Radio Department at both Ericsson and Alcatel/Telettra from 1992 to 1995 and 1988 to 1992, respectively. Earlier in their career, Mignocchi worked as a Radio Designer for Modular Line and Prod-El, and as the owner of EMR. Mignocchi holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications & Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, along with additional qualifications in Health and Safety, Quality (Six Sigma), and Internationalization Strategy of SME.
