Mike Costello

Mike Costello is currently a Project Director at Alcatel-Lucent, where they deliver large-scale billing, rating, and services projects for telecommunications companies across the Asia Pacific region. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Vodafone, including Head of Architecture and Standards, where they redefined the architecture team, and Head of Service Design and Delivery, overseeing market-facing services and capacity projects. Additionally, Mike served as a Project Director for Telecom New Zealand, managing the integration of the company's domain onto Web Sphere 7.5. They earned a degree in Business Computing from Auckland University of Technology from 1991 to 1992.
