Ming Chen has been with Nokia since 2009, initially serving as a senior software engineer focused on LTE L1 UL development for five releases. Currently, Ming holds the position of R&D manager, concentrating on L1 UL software development for LTE and 5G. Prior to joining Nokia, Ming worked as a system engineer at UTStarcom, specializing in XGPHS physical layer simulation. Ming earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Xidian University in 2007.
