Mohammad Baker

Mohammad Baker, PMP®, is a National Pre-Optimization Manager for the 5G/4G Mobily Network at Nokia, where they lead pre-optimization efforts. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Philadelphia University, they began their career as an Implementation and O&M Engineer at Northern Digital Telecommunication. Their experience includes roles as an RF Optimization & Performance Engineer at Public Telecommunication Company (bravO!) and an LTE Optimization & Performance Engineer at Samsung Electronics. Baker also served as a Senior LTE NPO Engineer for Nokia Networks from 2014 to 2019, showcasing a strong commitment to quality and the ability to manage team members effectively.
