Nicolas Rots

Nicolas Rots is a Baseband Productization Tribe Leader at Nokia Paris and the President of the @TalentEgal association, bringing over 21 years of expertise in telecom testing and validation across various wireless technologies, including 5G and LTE. With a decade of experience in senior management roles, Nicolas has successfully led teams in R&D and test organizations at companies like Nortel Networks, Alcatel-Lucent, and Nokia. They have also shared their knowledge as a part-time lecturer at Ecole Centrale Electronique. Nicolas holds two Master's degrees in Mobile Communications and Telecommunications Engineering.
