Ovidiu Solomon is currently the Customer Support RAN Solution Deployment Lead at Nokia, where they oversee the introduction and deployment of new 5G and other wireless technologies. With a strong background in program and project management, Ovidiu has extensive experience leading large international teams and managing customer programs across EMEA, North America, China, and India. Previously, they held significant roles at Alcatel-Lucent, including EMEA/APAC Technology Introduction & Support Execution Leader, and have been involved in various R&D projects and product launches throughout their career. Ovidiu earned a degree in Computer Science from the Technical University Timisoara, Romania, and a management degree from OUBS - Codecs Romania.
