Panny Luo is a Principal Quality Manager with extensive experience in quality assurance and process adherence, currently leading efforts to promote a quality culture within their unit at Nokia. Previously, Panny held several leadership roles at Nokia, including Manager of an R&D team and Manager of Customer Documentation, where they oversaw multi-country documentation professionals and ensured overall quality and process integrity. Panny also worked at SAP as a Media Developer and started their career as a Documentation Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks. Panny holds a Master’s degree in International Trade (E-commerce) from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
