Paul Voskar

Paul Voskar is a Senior Technology Manager at Nokia UK Ltd, where they have amassed extensive experience in technical standardisation within prominent organisations like ETSI, 3GPP, and OMA since 1999. They have demonstrated strong leadership abilities by managing large teams both remotely and face-to-face while maintaining excellent relationships with competitors and operators.
