Paula Simoes

Paula Simoes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic program leadership and product management within the telecommunications and IoT sectors. Currently serving as the Strategic Programs Lead at Nokia since January 2018, Paula oversees diverse initiatives, including ESG programs, investment strategies, and 5G development. In addition, Paula is a Co-Founder of Driftur, focusing on innovation in connectivity, and operates as a Real Estate Investor. Previously, Paula held notable positions at SpotSee and Plasma, where responsibilities included leading IoT product portfolios and managing partnerships. With a strong foundation in engineering and operations from roles at Truphone and NOS SGPS, along with early experience at Vodafone, Paula combines technical expertise with strategic insight. Paula holds an MBA from ISCTE Business School and a Master's in Telecommunications and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
