Paulo Silva

Paulo Silva possesses extensive experience in human resources across various sectors, including telecommunications, financial services, and utilities. Currently serving as Country People Manager at Nokia, a position held since October 2024, Paulo previously held the role of HR Director at SIVA from July 2019 to October 2024. The career began with a traineeship at Portugal Telecom from 1994 to 1995, followed by roles as a Human Resources Specialist and Administration Manager at Alcatel Portugal. Further expertise was acquired as Head of Human Resources at CETELEM PORTUGAL and as Human Resources Director for Iberia at De La Rue. Prior to current roles, Paulo was the Group HR Director at AdP - Águas de Portugal, where responsibilities included full accountability over the HR function. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidade de Lisboa, a post-degree in Business Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, and a program focused on Leading Change and Organizational Renewal from Harvard Business School.
