Paulo Vasconcelos

Paulo Vasconcelos is an Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement Leader with extensive experience at Nokia, where they began as an LTE Network Planning & Optimization Engineer in 2012. They have held several key roles, including Operational Coordinator for Network Design & Deployment and Digitalization Processes & Transformation Manager, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency through digital solutions and quality improvement initiatives. Paulo has also contributed to university governance as a multiple-term President of the Students Association Board at the University of Porto, where they cultivated leadership and collaboration skills. They hold a Master’s Degree in Electrotechnical and Computer Engineering from the University of Porto and have acquired professional certifications including PMP® and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
