Peter Albert is currently the Senior Patent Counsel at Nokia, specializing in all phases of international patent, trademark, and copyright litigation, prosecution, licensing, and intellectual property counseling. A founding partner of AlbertDhand LLP/TechLaw LLP/Innovation Law LLP from 2010 to 2024, Peter's extensive experience includes positions at law firms such as Foley & Lardner LLP and Lyon & Lyon LLP. Prior to their legal career, Peter worked for Reuters, Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer, leading design teams in communications and information systems. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
