Raminta Grigaityte

Raminta Grigaityte is an experienced Senior FPC Operations Manager with a robust background in financial project controlling and team management, accumulating over six years of experience in various leadership roles at Nokia. They lead Balance Sheet Analysis and Netting activities, focusing on process standardization, automation, and digitalization. Previously, Raminta managed a team of Financial Project Controllers and was responsible for the Technical Training and Development within the organization. They hold a Master’s degree in International Business and Entrepreneurship from Mälardalen University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from Kauno Technologijos Universitetas.
