Ramy Rasmy

Ramy Rasmy is an experienced telecommunications professional with a solid background in customer support and solutions architecture. From June 2011 to July 2019, Ramy served as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at Ericsson, providing outstanding support for Vodafone's network and addressing customer service requests within established KPIs. Currently, since July 2019, Ramy has been working as a Senior Solutions Architect at Nokia, focusing on the Nokia SurePay product. Prior to these roles, Ramy was a Senior IN/VAS Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise from October 2006 to June 2011, where responsibilities included support and maintenance of the SUREPAY product and leading new team members. Ramy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Ain Shams University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
