Ripan Pradhan

Ripan Pradhan is a seasoned expert in wireless technologies with over 13 years of experience, focusing on 5G Layer 1 architecture and design, including DSP, ARM, and X86 for various features. They have worked at Nokia as a Technical Specialist and 5G L1 PHY Architect, where they specialized in 3GPP Rel-18/19 simulation, beamforming, and multi-user MIMO. With previous roles at Intel, Nokia Networks, and Aricent Group, Ripan has extensive knowledge of LTE protocols and debugging complex network issues. Currently, they are pursuing an eMaster's degree in Next Generation Wireless Technology at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
