Rishabh R.

Rishabh R. is an RF System Architect at Nokia, where they co-chair O-RAN WG4 and have been instrumental in defining system-level requirements and test cases for next-generation wireless technologies. Previously, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Bharti Airtel, contributing to RF planning and network optimization for a large-scale LTE rollout. Rishabh also gained experience in conformance testing at Intel, research assistance at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, and test automation at Dolby Laboratories. They hold a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science in Communication and Multimedia Engineering from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.
