Rob Caya is currently an MSO Consulting System Engineer at Nokia. They have extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having served as a Lead Engineer at Qwest Communications Corp and CenturyLink, specializing in the deployment of optical transport systems. Prior to this, Rob held various roles in network services and management at companies including OnFiber Communications and Illinois Bell, where they built a strong foundation in network and sales operations. Rob studied at Northeastern Illinois University and is currently involved with the Chicago Academy For The Arts.
