Roman Agaev

Roman Agaev is a seasoned chief architect and head of engineering with over 20 years of experience in building cloud-native data and AI platforms. They have previously held key roles at Nokia, where they designed and implemented an analytics framework, and at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, where they oversaw multiple engineering teams and a substantial IT budget. Currently, as a growth partner at AnD Ventures, they focus on startup technology assessments, including areas like MLOps and AI. Roman earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Electricity Engineering from the University of Ariel.
