Ron Swanson

Ron Swanson is a highly experienced Engineering and Operations Manager, currently leading a team of customer-facing engineers at Nokia, where they support major telecommunications customers in North America and Latin America. With previous roles including Resident Engineer Manager and Customer Engineering Delivery Lead, Ron has consistently motivated teams to exceed customer expectations and effectively implement technical solutions. Their career began at Naval Air Systems Command, culminating in advanced roles at Alcatel-Lucent, where they were recognized as one of the first recipients of the Solution Architect Accreditation. Ron holds a BE in Engineering Physics from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.
