Rosana Serrano

Rosana Serrano has extensive experience in tax management and fiscal accounting. Currently serving as Tax Manager for Brazil at Nokia since October 2021, Rosana previously held positions as a Tax Specialist at Alcatel-Lucent from November 2011 to October 2021, where responsibilities included direct tax assessment and transfer pricing calculations. Prior to that, Rosana worked as Supervisora Fiscal at GMK Eletronica Ltda from July 1991 to January 2006, overseeing the entire fiscal department and managing both direct and indirect tax collections. Rosana holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Faculdades Integradas Campos Sales and a certification in Forensic Accounting from Fecap.
