Sam Round

Sam Round has a comprehensive background in network management and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Integration Engineer at Nokia since May 2015, focusing on consultancy, design, and development for EMEA customers. Experience includes expertise in SNMP management systems, SDN platforms, and Data Analytics across various technologies such as VMware, Kubernetes, and Oracle. Prior to this role, Sam held positions including European Projects Engineer and Junior Network Engineer, where responsibilities involved providing project support, proof-of-concepts, technical documentation, and collaboration with customers to resolve network issues. Earlier in the career, Sam gained experience in 1st Line Technical Support at Eclipse Internet, handling various technical issues and customer service functions. Education includes an Associate’s Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Plymouth.
