Sami Saru is a seasoned professional in the field of intellectual property, currently serving as the VP and Head of Patent Portfolio. They have held prominent roles including Vice President of Standards & Licensing at Unwired Planet and Head of Portfolio and Technology Management at Nokia. Previously, Sami founded Saru IP Oy and served as Director of Licensing at Via Licensing Corporation. They earned a Master’s degree in Automation from Tampere University of Technology. Sami's extensive experience spans various organizations, including roles in patent management and strategic licensing.
