Sean Kelley is the Principal Standardization Lead at Nokia and has served as the chair of the 3GPP RAN3 since 2012. With over 30 years in the wireless communications industry, Sean has extensive experience in 5G and LTE radio interface protocols, and holds 25+ issued US patents. Prior to joining Nokia in 2011, Sean was a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Motorola Solutions, where they contributed significantly to wireless industry standards and oversaw major network launches. Sean is currently pursuing both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, respectively.
