Server Gezmis

Server Gezmis is currently the Head of HW Program Management at Nokia Siemens Networks, leading advanced telecommunication architecture and maintenance programs. Previously, Gezmis held various management roles, including Head of HW Product Line Management and Head of System Integration and Verification, where they established program management organizations and improved resource management and test automation. With a background in electrical engineering from the University of Applied Science Munich, Gezmis has extensive experience in international projects, product design, and compliance management, utilizing tools such as Artemis and Mentor across diverse technical domains. Their expertise includes Agile development, simulation, and a strong understanding of both hardware and software development processes.
