Shailendra Kumar

Shailendra Kumar is an R&D leader specializing in Machine Learning and Big Data Analytics, currently managing software product R&D at Nokia Solutions and Networks since 2011. Prior to this role, Shailendra served as an Engineering Manager at Motorola from 1999 to 2011, where they oversaw hiring and project management for Telecom Value Added Services. Shailendra also worked as a Scientist at DRDO from 1993 to 1999, focusing on software development for embedded systems. They hold an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Allahabad and completed an Executive Program in Business Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2007.
