Shawn Shen

Shawn Shen has extensive experience in product management and strategic planning within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Director of Product Management for IP/Optical Networks at Nokia since 2006, overseeing product portfolios and communication processes. Previously, Shawn held roles at Alcatel-Lucent as a Product Manager, successfully launching the 1830 Photonic Service Switch and managing its life cycle, and at Lucent Technology, focusing on target-costing and competitive analysis for broadband and mobility products. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an M.S. in Applied Physics from Tsinghua University, supplemented by further education at Columbia University.
