Sidhartha Halder has over 17 years of experience in strategy and business operations, with a strong focus on sustainability and data privacy. They have held significant roles at Nokia, including Strategy and Business Operations Manager for the Middle East, where they advised on a €400 million+ territory and led initiatives that drove substantial business outcomes. Sidhartha began their career as a Telecom Analyst and progressed to becoming a Senior Business Analyst and Research Lead at Evalueserve. They hold a Master's degree from Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune, and have recently taken on the role of Ombuds Leader in the UAE to promote ethical practices within the organization.
