Simon Chong

Simon Chong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and project delivery within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Nokia since the company's acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent in April 2016, Simon also holds the position of Senior Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where responsibilities include leading HRIS and payroll projects across Asia Pacific. Prior roles include Program Manager at Mincom, Delivery Manager at IBM China, and various positions at Lucent Technologies, where Simon focused on HRIS implementations and support in the APAC region. Simon began a career in network consulting at Hewlett Packard Singapore and holds a Master of Business Administration in Information and Business Systems from the University of Southern Queensland.
