Sofia Castro

Sofia Castro is currently the Group Security Head of Governance Risk and Compliance at Nokia, where they oversee the establishment of operating models and security policies to protect critical information. Previously, they served in various roles at IBM, including Chief Information Security Officer for one of the world's largest banks, where they managed security policies and customer relationships across multiple countries. Earlier in their career, Sofia was the Head of Sustainability Reporting & Governance at Nokia, responsible for delivering sustainability-related reports and overseeing governance at the executive level. Sofia holds a degree in Economics from Universidade de Coimbra and a post-graduation in Information Technology from ISEG.
