Stefan Broos is a distinguished Cyber Security Architect and a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) at Nokia, where they define global key cyber security requirements and develop strategy for various projects. They possess a Ph.D. in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from Ghent University, where they also earned a Master of Science in Biotechnology & Bioinformatics. Previously, Stefan worked as a researcher at VIB from 2009 to 2014 and held a Software Lead position in Nokia’s R&D Fixed Networks Division between 2014 and 2017. Currently, they are studying Science-Mathematics at Kardinaal Van Roey-Instituut.
