Stefan Sibiga is an experienced R&D Manager at Nokia, recognized for strong leadership and management skills within multi-site and multi-cultural environments. Previously, Stefan held various leadership roles in telecommunications, including positions at Nortel Networks and Alcatel-Lucent, where they drove project management and team transformation towards Agile methodologies.
