Steve De Croos

Steve De Croos is a seasoned techno and business transformation leader in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of Fiber Solutions for Asia Pacific. With experience as the Regional PMO Leader at Nokia from 2015 to 2022, they managed program governance and resource management across projects in the region. Prior to this, Steve held roles at Alcatel-Lucent, where they guided project management best practices and ensured compliance with standards in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Steve began their career as an Assistant Manager at Union Assurance Company Limited, focusing on network management and security protocols. They are also actively pursuing education at various institutions, including st. Joseph's College, the International Learning Institute, and the University of Colombo.
