Surender Rawat

Surender Rawat is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various regions, including India, the Middle East, East Asia, and China. Currently serving as the Head of People Experience Care at Nokia, Surender has previously held senior leadership roles such as Head of HR Data Management & Experience Excellence and Head HR Data Management. Additionally, Surender is a founding member of the Society for People Analytics and has held positions at Bharti Foundation, Convergys India Services Pvt. Ltd., and Asian Paints. Surender holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Delhi University, completed between 2000 and 2002.
