Tapson Machaya CPA, FCCA, has over a decade of experience in accounting and auditing, beginning as an Audit Senior at Deloitte Zimbabwe from January 2009 to June 2015, where Tapson directed junior team members and tested internal controls. From January 2015 to December 2024, Tapson served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche Chartered Accountants, focusing on implementing key accounting standards, business combinations, fair value accounting, and financial reporting. Currently, Tapson holds the position of Senior Manager in financial accounting, controls, and compliance at Nokia, responsible for reviewing accounting policies and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and SOX.
