Tim Yao

Tim Yao is a distinguished DevOps Product Line Manager at Nokia Cloud & Network Services, leveraging over fifteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry. They have held various roles, including project and vendor management, tools architecture, and software testing, demonstrating strong leadership and innovation skills. As a co-Municipal Liaison for NaperWriMo, Tim organizes local events supporting writers and leads a year-round writing group. Academically, Tim earned a PhD in Civil Engineering, along with MS and BS degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
