Tom Batsele is the Competence Manager for the Fixed Access Division at Nokia, a role they have held since 2010. They have also served as a Senior Expert System Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent from 1990 to the present, with a previous tenure in the same position from 2005 to 2008.
