Tom Dowd

Tom Dowd is an accomplished R&D Architect at Nokia since 2010, specializing in the development and integration of radio technology, including Modem/PHY and PHY/Radio innovations. Prior experience includes a distinguished tenure at Motorola from 1988 to 2011, where Tom held multiple roles, including Distinguished Member of Technical Staff focused on WiMAX RF and Network Performance, and Principal Staff Engineer overseeing large-scale RF planning projects. Additionally, Tom's experience includes engineering management, where responsibilities encompassed the development of technical training and design guidelines for global technology transfer.
