Tom Quinlan is an experienced Software Engineering Manager with a career spanning over two decades in the telecommunications and defense sectors. Since April 2011, Tom has been with Nokia Networks, leading software engineering efforts. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Software Engineering Manager at Motorola from October 1997 to April 2011. Tom's career began in the United States Army, where Tom was a Signal Corps Officer from 1990 to 1997.
