William Kong has extensive experience in network infrastructure and systems administration, currently serving as the Network Infrastructure ARD Manager for Nokia since May 2011, focusing on Nuage SDN. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex network virtualization issues for telecommunication customers and providing professional services for network deployments. William has also held a team lead position in Nuage SDN 3LS Support, developing technical training materials. Prior to Nokia, William worked at Mattress Mart from June 2007 to December 2018, managing private network solutions and overseeing the installation and support of various networking and security equipment. William holds a degree in Network Technology from Carleton University and a Computer Systems Technician diploma from Algonquin College.
