Yi Shao has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, starting with a role as a Customer Service Engineer at Unisys from April 1993 to April 1999. Following this, Yi Shao worked at Nortel Networks as a Global Network Product Support specialist from May 1999 to October 2007, and then transitioned to Amdocs, where responsibilities included both Customer Support Specialist and Senior Software Support Engineer roles from October 2007 to August 2014. After a brief tenure as a Software QA Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent from August 2014 to June 2015, Yi Shao served as a Sr. Network Engineer at CENX for approximately seven months in 2015. Currently, Yi Shao is a Performance and Scalability Tester at Nokia, a position held since September 2020. Yi Shao holds a degree in Computer Science from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
