David Masterton

David Masterton is the CEO of Nolands Advisory Services Africa and Nolands Inc. PE, where they oversee operations at the Port Elizabeth office and head up an expansion drive in the Eastern Cape. They also serve as Director at Nolands. Their advisory work includes Mergers and Acquisitions in South Africa and Africa, as well as transactional services such as due diligence, contract preparations and negotiations, and corporate structuring and corporate financial restructuring. They hold a B.Compt Hons in Accounting from UNISA, an MDP in Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a Higher Diploma in Strategic Management from Henley; they earned Matric from Fairbairn College.
