Alexandre Renaud

Alexandre Renaud has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 as a Project Manager for BMI at CISE. Alexandre then worked as a Producer on a contract basis at Cossette Communication-Marketing before moving on to become the Manager of Corporate Services at NAD Centre. In 2008, they became the Manager of Corporate Services and Research & Development at Centre NAD s.e.c.

In 2013, Alexandre became the Chief Operating Officer at premiumbeat.com - Royalty Free Music Library, a position they held until 2017. During their time there, they also worked as a Media Producer and Marcom Consultant at Ovolo / Alexandre Renaud, producing and publishing City Rain for various platforms and completing consulting assignments for technology, media, and e-commerce companies.

Alexandre joined Shutterstock in 2015 as the Director of Operations for the Music Business Unit, later becoming the VP of Operations and Finance for the Music and Video Business Unit and eventually the GM of the Motion BU (Music+Video). Alexandre left Shutterstock in 2017 and joined Arbour & Renaud Capital Inc. as an Investor and Managing Partner, where they remained until 2018.

Currently, Alexandre is the Co-Founder and CEO of Nolk, an organization focused on curating, acquiring, and amplifying digital-first brands. Alexandre brings their expertise in brand-building and works with founders whose brands are approaching $1M in annual sales. Additionally, they serve as a Board Member at designstripe.

Alexandre Renaud has a diverse education history reflecting their interests in international business, technology management, and marketing. Alexandre began their education at HEC Montréal, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing Management from 1999 to 2002. Following this, they pursued further studies at McGill University, completing a Graduate Certificate in International Business from 2006 to 2008. Alexandre then enrolled at UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal) for their Master's degree in MBA - Technology Management, which they earned from 2008 to 2010.
