Ahtesham Arshad

Ahtesham Arshad, PMP®, is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as Associate Procurement Manager at NOMAC, managing procurement operations for 18 plants in Saudi Arabia and one in Bahrain. Ahtesham oversees a team and is responsible for sourcing a wide range of spare parts from major suppliers including Siemens Energy and General Electric. Previously, Ahtesham held multiple roles at Maaden from 2016 to 2023, including Senior Procurement Representative and Senior Operational Procurement Representative, handling substantial projects and supplier contracts across various categories. Ahtesham's career began at GE Power, where responsibilities included procurement inquiries and price negotiations. Ahtesham holds a Master's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of the Punjab, along with a diploma in commerce.
