Eathon Syster

Eathon Syster is an experienced performance engineer, currently serving in the RSA Eng Cluster as a Performance Engineer at NOMAC since November 2023, following a role as Plant Performance Engineer at Redstone CSP. Prior to this, Eathon worked as a Plant Engineer at Xina Operations and Maintenance from February 2019 to October 2023 and was an Engineering Trainee at Abengoa for a brief period in 2018. Eathon's foundational experience includes technical studies at The De Beers Group of Companies as a Vacation Student, focusing on feasibility and operational improvements, alongside a stint at BVi Consulting Engineers. Eathon holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from North-West University.
