Eathon Syster is an experienced performance engineer, currently serving in the RSA Eng Cluster as a Performance Engineer at NOMAC since November 2023, following a role as Plant Performance Engineer at Redstone CSP. Prior to this, Eathon worked as a Plant Engineer at Xina Operations and Maintenance from February 2019 to October 2023 and was an Engineering Trainee at Abengoa for a brief period in 2018.
